Program Outline
The program is composed of five seminars held in five days in the conference room of the resort, where all the group attendees will be accommodated. The program requires intensive interactions with the other members both in the conference room and for the remaining parts of the day and night, where participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences, socialize, and enjoy a wonderful trip together.
The whole idea is that if attendees build bonds and become friends, they will better trust each other and become more motivated to support the identification and discussion of specific solutions that can improve performance.
On the first day, the seminar will be held in the later part of the afternoon to give attendees time to reach the resort. If a few attendees miss part of the seminar because their plane arrives late, Dr. Bizzi will offer a virtual seminar repeating the content discussed on any day decided by the missing attendees once they return home. On the evening of the first night, there will be a welcoming dinner where the attendees will start getting to know one another and socialize.
From the second day, seminars will be held from early afternoon. In the morning, attendees can select to engage in any activity they want, whether relaxing by the beach, engaging in sports activities, excursions, or whatever is desired. The condition, though, is that they share their experiences with other participants. They will have lunch with the group. After lunch, attendees will conveniently reach the conference room, where they will stay until the evening. They will then have dinner together.
At night, you can choose whether you wish to rest at the resort or enjoy the fantastic nightlife of Punta Cana along with the other attendees. Again, the idea is to be all together to enrich the experience and empower the networking.
On the fifth day, the last seminar will be offered in the morning and will be over by lunch. There will be a farewell lunch, and the attendees can then go to the airport, return home, or stay for a few more days in Punta Cana if they so decide.
Once the group is formed and before we leave, there will be a virtual orientation meeting for Dr. Bizzi to present the program, provide specific details on every single day, answer all inquiries, and get to know participants.
When the experience is epic, learning becomes indelible.
